The Customer Support role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive user experience. You’ll leverage CRM systems and possibly AI chatbots powered by OpenAI for efficient customer resolution.
1. Customer Assistance:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat.
Troubleshoot product/software issues.
2. CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar.
Track support tickets and follow up until resolution.
3. AI Support:
Work with AI-driven chatbot tools to handle high-volume inquiries.
Provide feedback for improving AI responses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with customer support tools or CRM systems.
Ability to learn quickly about company products.
